This full, frame off restomod Type 3 was found quietly sitting in a fairly empty Melbourne parking lot on September 12th, 2022. As indicated by an auction listing I found, this car was frame-off restored with a custom interior, a custom surf board rack, custom gauges & center console, and a 4-speed manual transmission hooked to a 1776cc engine. The engine is described as a "Scat Built" but I can't find any reference to that outside of this very car! lol. It's certainly a looker, and one of the prettiest cars I've spotted to date.
